We are looking for a motivated person who believes what we are trying to achieve will come to pass and continues to learn by trial and error to join our diverse and innovative development.

Our ideal candidate will be in a cross-functional role that requires supportive collaboration and development with projects between different teams within and outside the company.

You will be an imperative figure in the team to participate or be in charge of our product development from concept to prototyping, and deploying engineering knowledge and a lateral thinking approach to create from scratch. It is aiming to set the research foundation for the programmes.

• You will need to

​​

1. 與研發團隊密切合作，組織與合作夥伴或是供應商的技術開發交流

Close cooperation with the R&D team and organize relevant technical development communications with partners and suppliers.

2. 跨部門溝通，解決開發過程中的問題

Inter-departmental communication to solve the issues in the development process.

3. 進行電路系統概念設計與佈局，並通過各種審查、測試和分析方法進行驗證

Conceptual design and layout of the electrical drive systems, and validates designs through various methods of review, testing and analysis.

4. 參與開發和維護飛行器的機械、電氣和軟體系統，以確保所有系統的整合、驗證及持續優化

Develop and maintain vehicle's mechanical, electrical, and software systems to ensure that all systems are integrated, validated and continuously optimized.

5. 利用工程技術推動創新並將新技術融入電子元件的產品設計和開發中

Leverage engineering techniques to drive innovation and incorporate new technologies into the product design and development of electronic components.

• Qualifications We Require

​​

1. 電機電子工程、電腦工程或是相關領域學士或碩士畢業

Master/Bachelor's degree in Electrical and Electronic Engineering, Computer Engineering or relevant field

2. 有優良的中英文溝通能力

Excellent communication skills in both Mandarin and English

3. 能夠在快節奏且充滿挑戰的環境下列出優先順序執行多項任務

The ability to multi-task and effectively prioritize in a fast-paced and challenging environment

4. 具有團隊合作與注重細節的心態

With a teamwork attitude and a detail-oriented organized mindset

• Qualifications We Preferred

​​

1. 在航空、電動車或是相關產業具備3年以上的系統工程開發經驗

3+ years of experience in systems engineering development in the aviation, electrical vehicle or relevant industry

2. 具有產品開發的實際硬體操作與電路整合經驗

Experience in hardware operation and circuit design integration of product development

3. 具有電力推進與動力系統相關經驗

Experience working with electrical propulsion & power systems

4. 具有無人機操作經驗

Experienced in drone operations

5. 對於工程技術的綜合知識（包含分析、方法論設計、應用）感到自信

Gain confidence in a comprehensive knowledge of engineering techniques, including requirements analysis and design methodologies and applications.
